For me it’s so easy to prey, to fall by the magic of Frederick Taylor. Taylor promoted scientific management in the middle of the 1800th His theory has reinforced the ideas that people know what to do with wage controls and policies. The theory of Taylor promoted the idea of management is to “manage” smarter and must, therefore, trained staff less intelligent and less.
