Differences between women and men are not only well documented, but often the center of jokes and teasing. The fact is that men and women are simply wired differently.
In human relationships, women tend to communicate more effectively than men, focusing on how to make a solution for the group and talk about problems to create works. Men are not more task-oriented, less talkative, and an understanding of emotions difficult time verbalizing explicitly. Men generally prefer to peel the outer details and focus on the task at hand. For women, however, add that information richness and depth and are very necessary part of their decision.
Some of the reasons for these neurological differences:
The basics. The male brain is organized in a perfectly structured and compartmentalized, where the female brain is more like web and network structure.
The female brain has four times filtered out the number of connections between the left and right sides of the brain that they have to process information faster than the four men and four means to be so many signals.
Men “The Big T” – testosterone – which looks for many male characteristics such as assertiveness, competitiveness, risk taking and thrill. The men also press the right side of the brain, but not as often as women, or deeper. While the male brain is going from point A to point B in a linear fashion show, the woman’s brain works in a roundabout.
Parts of the brain that controls speech and language disorders are more pronounced in women. Yes, women talk more. Usually 12,000 words per day more. But this means that under the right circumstances, women 10-20 times more frequently on these experiences, good and will favor stocks for a brand.
Response to stress. Men tend to be a “fight or flight” to have a reaction to stressful situations, while women in these situations approach with a “tendency or friendship with” the strategy. The reason for these different responses to stress is rooted in the hormones. The hormone oxytocin is released during stress in the world. However, estrogen tends to increase oxytocin, which to soothe feelings and nourish the testosterone that men produce in high levels of stress, reduces the effects of oxytocin.
Emotions. Women usually have more than one deep limbic system, promotes bonding and nesting instincts and allows women to express their feelings better than men. The disadvantage of this abysmal limbic system is that it also opens women to depression, especially in times of hormonal changes such as after birth or during the menstrual cycle a woman.
One of the main ways that traders can better communicate with women is to understand what makes it uniquely feminine. And understanding that does not mean that they are going to alienate people in the process. In contrast, while women expect more from brands and products they have to do with men ultimately benefit from such high expectations. So if a brand meets the needs of women, it is usually about the needs of the people.
