Traditional models of leadership focus on performance measures and results. Leaders critical issues and to optimize resources and outdoor activities to achieve results in a sense, better, faster and smarter are preserved. Although these main objectives are still relevant for the company, is a new leadership paradigm for the 21st Century and beyond arise. As the leading models in the past does not fully address the human side of the state and government, we now know it is the most important element in creating the ultimate success of a sustainable organization to be. In economics, the threat is not only the competitive “jungle out there” but lack of clarity in the guide.
