The rational reasons for change in any environment is relatively easy to build. The majority of managers, supervisors and many of them down, easy to build the case. However, it is less so rational as emotional event that even the same supervisor or manager asks where changes to itself.

But it is precisely through the use of such emotional power that we create the dynamics for large real change and where is the basic driver for sustainable change.

When considering the change, especially the first message of the team, it is important to consider how and what to communicate – and when. Any communication change management must be every single part of the employees are aligned. It is best to present the dialogue group, bi-directionally, that people make sense of the need to change in their own way, is subjective. Change, by its very nature is a process-oriented man. Employees, people are creatures of habit and are resistant to major changes in their lives. There are two types of people leaving a company. The first type raises the question: “Did they ever here?” This is the kind of person that a non-value added personality. They complain about everything that goes wrong. They do not provide solutions, and they divert the search for solutions. Any out of balance and focus to go.
